Circle said it will discontinue support for USDC and Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol V1 (CCTP V1) on the Noble blockchain, and Noble will not be integrated with CCTP V2. Under the timeline released by the company, Circle Mint will stop minting new USDC on Noble starting Oct. 13, 2026. Redemption, however, will remain available until Jan. 12, 2027. After that date, the USDC contract and CCTP routing on Noble will be fully suspended. Circle advised users to move USDC held on Noble to other supported networks before the cutoff. The company also said it will take a snapshot of any remaining balances when services are suspended, then begin a manual redemption process on Jan. 13, 2027. The update sets a clear wind-down schedule for USDC-related services on Noble, covering minting, redemption deadlines, contract suspension, routing shutdown, and the handling of residual balances after the network support ends.
