Circle said it has partnered with Tereina, a financial services company backed by SAP, to integrate its USDC and EURC stablecoins into enterprise payment workflows. Under the arrangement, companies that use SAP financial software will be able to send and receive the two stablecoins directly inside the applications they already use for day-to-day payment management. Circle said USDC will serve as the preferred stablecoin for U.S. dollar-denominated transactions, while EURC will be used for euro-denominated payments. Tereina provides payment infrastructure that can be embedded into enterprise software, allowing businesses to complete payments without moving to a separate financial platform. The companies said they plan to test the integration with customers in the coming months across global payments and treasury management. According to the announcement, the SAP ecosystem supports 84% of global commerce, which Circle said gives the rollout broad enterprise reach. The partnership comes less than a month after Circle launched Arc, its Layer 1 blockchain focused on stablecoin payments and financial markets. Arc uses USDC for transaction fees and supports more than 20 fiat-backed stablecoins, including USDC and EURC.
