The agreement includes two five-year renewal options and is structured as a triple-net lease, or NNN lease. CleanSpark said the deal is expected to generate about $6.6 billion in contracted revenue during the initial lease term. If both renewal options are exercised, the total contract value could reach as much as $11.6 billion. The project covers delivery of 175 megawatts of critical IT load, with delivery scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027. The company did not disclose the tenant’s identity.
