Star-Studded Lineup Announced
Consensus Miami 2026, scheduled for April 2026 in Miami, Florida, promises to be the largest edition of the longest-running cryptocurrency conference. Organizers expect approximately 20,000 participants from over 100 countries, including representatives from more than 200 Fortune 500 companies. The newly announced headliners include Eric Trump (Co-founder and Strategic Director, American Bitcoin), Michael Saylor (Founder and Executive Chairman, Strategy), Anatoly Yakovenko (Co-founder, Solana), and Kevin O'Leary (Chairman, O'Leary Ventures). They join a roster of over 500 speakers such as Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, Morgan Stanley's Head of Digital Asset Strategy Amy Oldenburg, PayPal's VP and GM for Crypto May Zabaneh, Maelstrom CIO Arthur Hayes, CFTC Chairman Michael Selig, and Cloudflare's Chief Strategy Officer Stephanie Cohen.
Solana Accelerate Returns to the U.S.
A key feature of the event is the return of Solana Accelerate to the United States, gathering over 3,000 developers, project leads, and policymakers. Consensus itself will host six stages and four summits: the Institutional Summit, Capital Markets Summit, and Regulation & Policy Summit, among others. More than 200 breakout sessions will cover stablecoins, tokenization, prediction markets, and AI agents. CoinDesk University will offer hands-on workshops led by experts from Circle, MoonPay, and other leading firms, teaching both foundational and advanced strategies for using stablecoins, agents, and vibecoding.
Massive Institutional Support
The conference has attracted unprecedented backing from traditional finance and tech giants. Lead sponsors include Solana, Grayscale, OKX, Anchorage Digital, and GoMining. Key partners span Google, Circle, Kinexys by JPMorgan, KPMG, PwC, Ripple, S&P Global, DTCC, Grant Thornton, Bridge by Stripe, Galaxy, Mastercard, PayPal, Midnight, Fidelity, and Swift. This line-up underscores that the biggest names in global finance are no longer sitting on the sidelines but actively engaging in the crypto ecosystem.
Conference Theme and Vision
The theme of Consensus Miami 2026 is “crypto convergence at scale, institutional integration, and agentic trading.” Michael Lau, Chair of Consensus, stated: “Digital assets are no longer nascent; institutions are moving money over crypto rails, AI agents are engaging in live markets, and stablecoins tie it all together. The return of Consensus to the U.S. is especially poignant this year as the market has evolved dramatically. Miami will be the launchpad for institutions, founders, and governments to accelerate the next big wave of digital asset innovation.”
Extensive Programming and Social Events
Beyond the main stage, the three-day event features the CoinDesk Live Broadcast Studio, a multichain hackathon, Pitchfest, and a live trading competition. Official evening events include an opening pool party at Sagamore, a night at the iconic E11even club, a networking dinner at Papi Steak, and a closing pool party at the National Hotel, plus hundreds of side events. Notably, Consensus Miami coincides with the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix and a major PGA Tour event, offering unique cross-industry networking opportunities.
