Harborne, formerly the chief investment officer at Amber Group, is a known figure in digital asset circles and maintains deep connections to the Tether ecosystem. Delo, who co-founded BitMEX in 2014, helped build the exchange that once dominated global crypto derivatives trading. Their combined contribution signals an expanding foothold for crypto wealth in mainstream political finance.
