Crypto.com has launched Crypto.com Travel, a new in-app booking platform powered by Bookit, giving users a way to book travel and entertainment services directly inside the Crypto.com app while earning CRO cashback rewards. The company announced the product at Consensus 2026 as part of its broader push to bring crypto incentives into everyday consumer activity.

According to the announcement, the platform provides access to more than one million global travel listings. Eligible users can earn CRO rewards when booking hotels, flights, cruises, and other travel products. By embedding booking services into its existing app, Crypto.com is aiming to expand beyond its core trading business and make its native token more useful in real-world spending scenarios.

Expanding CRO Utility Through Consumer Commerce

The rollout also fits into Crypto.com’s wider effort to grow its Level Up rewards program. The company said the model is designed to offer flexible crypto-based incentives without the limitations commonly associated with traditional loyalty programs. Instead of relying solely on points systems, the platform is using token rewards to create a more direct link between consumer spending and digital asset engagement.

Eric Anziani, President and COO of Crypto.com, described the move as another step toward practical crypto adoption beyond trading. The strategy reflects a broader belief across the industry that crypto products can gain traction faster when integrated into familiar services such as payments, travel, and retail experiences.

Part of a Broader Industry Trend

The feature is currently available to eligible users in supported regions. While Crypto.com did not disclose further details in this release on reward rates or full regional availability, the launch signals a continued shift among crypto platforms toward combining financial services with mainstream commerce. For Crypto.com, travel booking is not just an additional feature but a way to strengthen ecosystem engagement and broaden the practical role of CRO.
