Sudden Reversal After Monday's Rally

The brief Monday rebound in crypto ETFs evaporated by Tuesday's close. According to data from multiple issuers, Bitcoin ETFs led the downturn with $159.05 million in net outflows, while Ethereum ETFs followed with $64.67 million in redemptions. XRP ETFs were the sole bright spot, attracting $3.3 million in net inflows.

Bitcoin ETFs: Five Products Hit, Fidelity FBTC Leads

Tuesday's Bitcoin ETF outflows were broad-based. Fidelity's FBTC suffered the largest exit at $47.85 million, followed by Grayscale GBTC ($41.89 million), Ark & 21Shares ARKB ($34.15 million), VanEck HODL ($20.37 million), and BlackRock IBIT ($17.11 million). The sole positive was Valkyrie BRRR, which added a mere $2.32 million. Total trading volume reached $1.78 billion, with net assets standing at $88.71 billion.

Ethereum ETFs: No Inflows Recorded

Ether ETF outflows were concentrated in two products: Fidelity FETH lost $48.21 million and BlackRock ETHA shed $16.46 million. No other ETH ETF recorded any inflow. Trading volume was $1.03 billion, and net assets closed at $11.98 billion.

XRP ETFs: Selective Interest Emerges

XRP ETFs stood out with a net inflow of $3.3 million. Bitwise XRP contributed $1.9 million, while Franklin XRPZ added $1.42 million. Trade volume was $11.89 million, with net assets of $921.57 million.

Solana ETFs: Continued Pressure

Solana ETFs extended their losing streak, posting $15.4 million in net outflows. Bitwise BSOL accounted for the majority at $13.34 million, followed by Grayscale GSOL ($1.82 million) and Fidelity FSOL ($239,000). Trading volume was $40.98 million, net assets $775.83 million.

Market Outlook: Uncertainty Persists

The sharp contrast in flows underscores fragile market confidence. While Bitcoin and Ethereum remain macro-driven, smaller assets like XRP attract niche interest. Solana continues to struggle. Traders should watch for further volatility as institutional sentiment shifts.
