The global cryptocurrency market experienced a notable uptick on Sunday, pushing the total market capitalization to $3.34 trillion, a 1.42% increase over 24 hours. The rally was fueled by strong performances from Ethereum and altcoins, signaling renewed investor optimism.

Top Coins: Bitcoin Steady, Ethereum Leads

Bitcoin (BTC) continued to dominate, trading at $104,780 after gaining nearly 1% in the last day and 9.77% over the week. Ethereum (ETH) followed closely, climbing 4.71% daily and an impressive 37.83% weekly to reach $2,522.86. Together, BTC and ETH command 71.3% of the total market.

Among the top ten cryptocurrencies, Solana (SOL) posted one of the strongest weekly performances, advancing 19.42% to $173.96. XRP and BNB also recorded solid weekly gains of 8.74% and 10.88%, respectively, despite minimal daily fluctuations. The broad-based advance indicates strong market momentum.

Rising Trading Volume and Altcoin Movers

24-hour trading volume rose 4.90% to $137.7 billion, reflecting heightened investor activity. In the daily gainers list, Pi Network (PI) skyrocketed 49.86%, followed by Casper Network (CSPR) at 47.96% and Peanut the Squirrel (PNUT) at 39.10%. On the downside, Ultima dropped 14.42%, the largest decline of the day.
