The crypto market moved lower over the last 24 hours, with Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, BNB, Solana, and Dogecoin all posting losses. Bitcoin traded at $89,648.42, down 1.4% on the day. Ethereum fell harder, slipping 4.3% to $2,981.34. The broad pullback hit most of the largest tokens at the same time.

Bitcoin still led the market by size and activity, with $59 billion in trading volume and a market capitalization of $1.79 trillion. Ethereum stood at a market cap of $359.7 billion with $33 billion in trading volume. XRP, the token associated with Ripple, dropped 1.8% to $1.91. BNB declined 4% to $878.54, with trading volume at $2.69 billion. Solana lost 2.4% to $128.18, while Dogecoin eased 1.2% to $0.1254 after an earlier rally.

Small altcoins break away from the broader decline

While large-cap coins weakened, several smaller tokens posted outsized gains. DeAgentAI (AIA) surged 173.8% in 24 hours, making it the strongest performer in the group cited. Seeker (SKR) climbed 109%, and Naoris Protocol (NAORIS) rose 101%. The split was sharp: majors fell, but parts of the small-cap segment moved aggressively higher.

Other gainers included Space and Time (SXT), up 31.5%, and Aergo (AERGO), up 22.3%. The report said interest in decentralized finance and other niche crypto sectors continued to support some of these moves, even as several top cryptocurrencies traded lower.

Short-term focus shifts toward higher-volatility tokens

The latest session showed a clear contrast inside the market. Bitcoin, Ether, XRP, BNB, Solana, and Dogecoin all lost ground, yet a cluster of smaller altcoins delivered strong upside in the same 24-hour window. Price action suggests that short-term attention has been rotating away from established names and toward more volatile emerging tokens.
