Crypto investment products posted $187 million in net outflows last week, a sharp slowdown from the $3.43 billion pulled over the previous two weeks. CoinShares linked the shift to stabilizing digital asset prices, suggesting that selling pressure has started to cool.

Bitcoin still led withdrawals as price touched $60,000

Bitcoin remained the main source of weakness. BTC fell to $60,000 on Coinbase, its lowest level since November 2024. CoinShares head of research James Butterfill said the pace of outflows often reflects changes in market sentiment, and a slower rate of redemptions may point to a market nearing a bottom.

Bitcoin investment products recorded $264.4 million in outflows for the week. Spot Bitcoin ETFs were a major driver, accounting for $318 million in withdrawals. Even so, the latest figures show a clear reduction in the speed of fund exits compared with the prior stretch of heavy selling.

XRP stood out while Solana and Ether also advanced

Capital flows were not negative across the board. XRP funds attracted $63 million in inflows, making it the strongest performer among the major assets tracked in the report. Ether brought in $5.3 million, while Solana added $8.2 million.

The split is notable. Money kept leaving Bitcoin products, yet selected altcoin vehicles drew fresh allocations. That points to rotation inside the crypto market rather than a uniform retreat from risk assets.

Crypto ETP trading volume hit a new record

Trading activity surged even as net flows stayed negative. Crypto exchange-traded products, or ETPs, reached $63.1 billion in trading volume, topping the previous record of $56.4 billion set in October 2025.

Total assets under management for crypto ETPs now stand at $129 billion. Bitcoin ETPs account for $102.7 billion of that figure, while Bitcoin ETF assets have dropped below $90 billion. On a year-to-date basis, crypto ETPs have seen $1.2 billion in outflows, compared with $1.9 billion withdrawn from Bitcoin ETFs.

21Shares moves ahead with ONDO ETF filing

New product development has not stopped. Fund issuer 21Shares has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for approval of an ETF tied to Ondo (ONDO). The filing shows that firms are still expanding crypto investment offerings even during a period of weaker fund flows.

The latest weekly data does not confirm a full market recovery. It does show a different pattern: outflows are slowing, XRP and several altcoins are drawing demand, and ETP trading volume has climbed to a record high.
