Odaily reported on June 12 that, according to SoSoValue data, crypto market sectors rebounded across the board, with 24-hour gains ranging from 2% to 15%. The NFT sector posted the strongest performance in the dataset, rising 15.04% over 24 hours. Within the NFT category, Audiera (BEAT) gained 17.25%, while ApeCoin (APE) rose 8.68%, making them two of the notable movers listed in the report.
NFT Leads as BTC and ETH Move Higher
Major crypto assets also recorded gains during the same 24-hour period. Bitcoin (BTC) rose 1.90% and broke above the $63,000 level, while Ethereum (ETH) gained 1.32% and moved above $1,600. Their percentage gains were smaller than the NFT sector’s double-digit increase, but both assets advanced during the broader sector rebound and crossed the price levels specified in the SoSoValue data.
SoSoValue’s sector index readings also showed gains across several tracked categories. MAG7.ssi rose 2.72%, DEFI.ssi climbed 6.53%, and MEME.ssi gained 3.31%. These index readings reflect historical sector performance for their respective crypto categories. Among the three figures cited, DEFI.ssi showed a larger increase than both MAG7.ssi and MEME.ssi.
AI, DeFi, PayFi, Layer2 and Layer1 Also Advance
Other crypto segments listed in the report also moved higher. The AI sector rose 7.01% over 24 hours, with Velvet (VELVET) up 83.37%. The DeFi sector gained 5.21%, with LAB (LAB) rising 21.89%. PayFi increased 3.56%, while Monero (XMR) gained 21.65% within that category. The Layer2 sector rose 2.19%, with Arbitrum (ARB) up 5.60%, and the Layer1 sector gained 1.83%, with NEAR Protocol (NEAR) rising 5.21%.
CeFi posted a 24-hour gain of 1.40%, with Gate (GT) up 2.20%. The Meme sector rose 0.98%, and BUILDon (B) increased 8.15%. Additional crypto sector indices that reflect historical sector performance also moved higher: ssiSocialFi rose 4.56%, ssiDePIN increased 3.86%, and ssiDeFi gained 3.70%.
