US stock futures fell on Tuesday as a selloff in mega-cap tech stocks spread to AI-related Asian equities. Japanese and South Korean markets declined sharply, with the KOSPI closing down nearly 10% and the Nikkei 225 dropping 3.55%. Research firm Citrini had forecast a significant correction in US stocks, and the current cautious sentiment reflects that view. SpaceX fell over 16% in a single day after hitting a new high, dropping below its IPO price of $150, and may face further pressure until Elon Musk delivers more progress, though potential index inclusion and limited unlock events could support a rebound.

Jian Shi Cortesi, fund manager at Gam Investment Management, noted that many investors holding AI stocks have substantial gains, and any volatility could prompt profit-taking. Morgan Stanley's Chief Investment Officer Mike Wilson identified liquidity—not rate hikes—as the primary risk for US equities, with reserve management programs down 75% from peak and Treasury buybacks reduced 50%. He expects a volatile July with possible corrections, delaying the next leg of the earnings-driven bull market until liquidity headwinds ease.

RBCH, associated with RockawayX founder Viktor Fischer, holds about 22.74% of Solmate's parent company Brera Holdings. The lawsuit claims the board sold shares while other investors were locked, signed consulting agreements favoring related parties, and that directors bought about 2.298 million Class B shares at $4.97 each, diluting shareholders by ~20%. Fischer stated Solmate is severely underperforming, trading at a ~50% discount to net asset value due to mismanagement and self-dealing. Solmate holds about 2 million SOL; its stock is down ~78% year-to-date, while SOL fell ~50% over the same period.
