Shareholders’ equity attributable to DDC increased from about $71.2 million at the end of 2025 to $180.8 million. Net debt fell from $60.6 million to $10.2 million over the same period.

Board approved share repurchase plan

DDC’s board authorized a share repurchase program on July 1 for up to $10 million, or up to 20% of outstanding shares.
