Dogecoin dropped to $0.105 as forced liquidations hit leveraged longs between $0.105 and $0.106. Traders are now watching resistance overhead and whether DOGE can reclaim $0.125 to validate a weekly rounded-bottom setup.

Dogecoin fell to $0.105 as a wave of forced liquidations swept through leveraged long positions. Data cited by crypto analytics platforms showed that liquidation activity was concentrated between $0.105 and $0.106, adding to the selling pressure and accelerating the move lower.

Break below $0.111 opened the door to a deeper pullback

DOGE had spent a short period moving sideways before attempting a quick push above $0.113. That rally faded fast. Selling pressure started building from May 6, and the correction intensified once support at $0.111 gave way.

Resistance levels are now taking shape at $0.111, $0.114, and $0.117. If price tries to recover, those zones may draw sellers back into the market and cap any rebound. For now, short-term direction is still being set by how price behaves around these nearby levels.

Weekly chart shows a broad rounded-bottom structure

On the weekly timeframe, Dogecoin is forming a broad base between $0.09 and $0.11. Crypto analyst Moe highlighted the pattern on X, noting that similar rounded bottoms in earlier periods came before large upward moves in DOGE.

The current setup places DOGE near $0.09 after retracing from its 2025 peak. Price is now trying to break upward while testing the trendline from below. That test carries weight, because the pattern still needs confirmation.

“The chart indicates this zone is key for DOGE, as the price is trying to demonstrate whether it has completed a bottom formation. If confirmed, it could trigger a strong move upward; but for the pattern to succeed, DOGE must first maintain levels above $0.125.”

$0.125 remains the key confirmation level on the weekly view

Analysts say a move back above $0.125 could restore bullish momentum on the weekly chart. If DOGE closes above that threshold, the next upside levels being watched are $0.17, $0.24, and $0.33. On the downside, a failure of support between $0.09 and $0.10 would weaken the base that underpins the recent structure and could hand control back to sellers.

The latest decline also highlights how sensitive DOGE remains to leveraged positioning. In this selloff, broad liquidations of high-risk longs were a central driver. With volatility still elevated near a critical support area, traders are keeping a close watch on whether stabilization appears or whether the correction extends.
