Dogecoin Maintains a Constructive Short-Term Setup
Dogecoin may be setting up for another leg higher, according to crypto analyst Ali Charts, who highlighted that DOGE is still trading inside an ascending channel on the one-hour chart. Although the token has pulled back from a recent local high, the broader structure remains intact, suggesting buyers are still defending key levels. At the time of the analysis, DOGE was trading near $0.088, while the market’s main focus remained on support around $0.087.
A chart shared by Ali on X showed Dogecoin moving within a rising channel that has shaped price action over the past several days. The formation reflects a sequence of higher lows and higher highs, a pattern many traders associate with persistent buying interest during market dips.
$0.092 and $0.095 Stand Out as Upside Levels
Ali’s outlook suggests that if buyers continue to hold the lower end of the structure, DOGE could first move toward $0.092. That area lines up with the midpoint of the channel and may act as the next notable resistance level in the short term.
If momentum strengthens further, Dogecoin could extend its climb to $0.095, which is near the upper boundary of the current formation. The projected path implies DOGE may first reclaim the $0.089 region before making an attempt at those higher targets.
Channel formations are closely watched in technical analysis because they offer clearly defined areas of support and resistance. Repeated reactions near those boundaries can help traders assess whether the prevailing trend is still intact.
Why $0.087 Is the Level to Watch
Even with the bullish structure in place, the setup depends heavily on DOGE holding above $0.087. This level sits close to a recent rebound zone and aligns with the lower portion of the ascending channel, making it an important technical reference point for near-term traders.
If price remains above that support, the case for a move toward $0.092 and possibly $0.095 stays alive. On the other hand, a sustained break below $0.087 could weaken the current channel structure, reduce the odds of reaching those upside targets, and invite additional short-term selling pressure.
For now, Dogecoin continues to trade within the rising channel that has guided its recent movement. As long as $0.087 support holds, the meme coin may retain a path toward higher short-term levels.
