Dogecoin (DOGE) has slipped back toward a critical support area as long-position liquidations weigh on price action. Recent data shared by CoinAnk and CW on X showed DOGE falling from around $0.116 to nearly $0.105, erasing most of the gains from its previous rally. The decline has intensified selling pressure as leveraged positions were forced out of the market.

Support Zone Becomes the Main Focus

The market is now closely watching the $0.105 to $0.106 range, which has become a key short-term support area. If DOGE can remain above $0.105, it may help reduce the immediate risk of further liquidation-driven downside. A breakdown below that zone, however, could expose the token to additional selling as more leveraged traders get flushed out.

On the weekly chart, DOGE is reportedly showing signs of a potential rounded bottom near $0.10. That kind of structure is often monitored as a possible breakout base, but it requires price stability and follow-through buying to remain valid. In other words, the bullish setup depends on DOGE defending current support levels.

Resistance Levels Could Limit Any Recovery

On the upside, resistance is seen at $0.111, $0.114, and $0.117. These levels could cap any rebound attempt in the near term. A sustained move back above $0.108 would likely ease some of the immediate bearish pressure and improve sentiment around the current support test.

If DOGE fails to hold the broader $0.09 to $0.10 region, the larger bullish structure could come under threat. For now, traders are focused on whether support can absorb the ongoing liquidation pressure and prevent the market from sliding into a deeper correction.
