Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) updated its portfolio on April 28, showing total assets of roughly $333 million as of 5:00 p.m. ET on April 27. The holdings span digital assets and equity stakes in leading private tech firms, forming a concentrated bet on AI, digital identity, and the creator economy.

Portfolio Breakdown: OpenAI, WLD and ETH Lead

The largest position is a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI via special purpose vehicles, representing 27% of treasury assets. Next is Worldcoin (WLD): 283.45 million tokens valued at ~$70.86 million (at $0.25 per WLD), or 8.58% of the circulating supply — the largest publicly disclosed institutional position globally, accounting for 21% of treasury. The portfolio also includes 11,1068 ETH, plus $121 million in cash and stablecoins.

Beast Industries has received $18 million in funded equity with a $7 million future commitment (total $25 million, ~8% of treasury). Beast Industries operates MrBeast’s global brand, which commands a combined follower base of over 500 million across platforms, making it the most-watched YouTube channel globally.

Three Mega-Trends: AI, Digital Identity, Creator Economy

Management says the treasury is positioned for three defining trends of the next decade. On artificial intelligence, OpenAI shipped GPT-5.5 on April 23, a model re-architected for agentic execution, scoring 82.7% on Terminal-Bench 2.0. Within 48 hours, NVIDIA deployed GPT-5.5-Codex to over 10,000 employees on GB200 NVL72 systems, reporting a 35x cost reduction per million tokens and a 50x improvement in throughput per megawatt.

On digital identity, World ID has activated across major platforms since the April 17 World Lift Off event. Tinder is rolling out verified-human badges globally; Zoom uses it to flag deepfakes; Docusign confirms signer identities; Vercel, Browserbase and Exa verify AI agents on the open web. Sam Altman stated on a Pantera Capital podcast: “World is on the way to being a real human network for the internet… Our goal is to make World ID this new Proof of Human for the internet.” Under World’s business model, applications pay per verification while end-user verification stays free. Tools for Humanity estimates a $6.35 trillion combined addressable revenue opportunity across 13 industries.

On the creator economy, MrBeast was named to the 2026 TIME100. As AI commoditizes content production, distribution and audience trust become scarce assets.

Structure and Risks

Eightco is a publicly traded holding company. Its board includes Tom Lee (Fundstrat Managing Partner) and Brett Winton (ARK Invest Chief Futurist) as advisor. Institutional backers include Bitmine Immersion Technologies, MOZAYYX, World Foundation, CoinFund, Discovery Capital, FalconX, Kraken, Pantera and GSR.

Caveats: Most holdings are non-controlling — Eightco cannot direct operations at OpenAI or Beast Industries. Digital asset price volatility (especially WLD and ETH), regulatory changes, and uncertain adoption of agentic AI could materially affect asset values. The company has detailed risk factors in its SEC filings.
