Eightco Holdings Inc., listed on Nasdaq under ORBS, said its treasury holdings were worth about $340 million as of 6:00 p.m. ET on May 12, 2026. The company said the portfolio included $90 million of indirect OpenAI exposure through SPVs, $18 million invested in Beast Industries, $1 million in Mythical Games, 283,452,700 Worldcoin (WLD), 11,068 ETH, and roughly $129 million in cash and stablecoins.
The update shows how Eightco is positioning its treasury around three themes: artificial intelligence, digital identity, and the creator economy. According to the company, indirect OpenAI exposure represents about 26% of treasury assets, WLD accounts for about 23%, and Beast Industries makes up about 5%.
Eightco says its WLD position equals about 8.39% of circulating supply
Eightco said it holds more than 283 million WLD, valued in the release at $0.27 per token based on Coinbase pricing. The company said that stake equals about 8.39% of circulating supply and described it as the largest publicly disclosed institutional position in the token globally. Eightco tied that holding to the World network’s Proof of Human model, which is built to verify that an account belongs to a unique human rather than a bot or AI agent.
The release also cited third-party data on non-human activity across internet platforms. The figures listed were 75% of Polymarket trading volume, 53% of web traffic, 47% of emails sent, 44% of U.S. equity buy-side execution, 35% of new website creation, and 30% of online product reviews. Eightco used those numbers to argue that human verification infrastructure is becoming more important for social networks, banking, and agentic commerce systems.
OpenAI stake remains one of the largest pieces of the treasury
On the AI side, Eightco said it has invested roughly $90 million in special purpose vehicles with exposure to equity interests in OpenAI’s parent company. The company said that concentration is among the highest disclosed by a listed vehicle. It also pointed to OpenAI’s consumer scale, noting that ChatGPT passed 900 million weekly active users in February 2026.
Eightco also referenced prediction market data tied to OpenAI’s product direction. According to the release, Polymarket showed a 64% chance that OpenAI would launch a social network in 2026, up from 25% earlier in the year. The company also cited a media report from January 28, 2026 saying OpenAI was exploring a biometric social network intended to help users distinguish between human-created and bot-created content.
Board member Tom Lee said in the release that AI and the infrastructure supporting AI buildout could remain one of the biggest drivers of global economic growth over the next few years. Eightco said its CEO is Kevin O'Donnell. The board includes Tom Lee, while Brett Winton of ARK Invest serves as an advisor to the board.
Creator economy allocation includes Beast Industries
Outside AI and digital identity, Eightco said it has invested $18 million in Beast Industries equity, which it said represents about 5% of treasury assets. The company described Beast Industries as operating one of the largest direct-to-consumer audience footprints in the world, with a combined following of more than 500 million across platforms and MrBeast as its anchor figure.
Eightco described itself as a public company running a WLD treasury strategy while giving investors indirect or direct exposure to OpenAI, Worldcoin, and Beast Industries through a single ticker. The release also included standard cautionary language, saying statements tied to AI adoption, digital identity, OpenAI product plans, World network uptake, and future market opportunities are forward-looking and subject to risks including digital asset volatility, regulation, capital availability, and execution uncertainty.
