Nasdaq-listed Eightco Holdings (ORBS) said its total holdings stood at approximately $437 million as of 6:00 p.m. ET on June 3, 2026. The company’s update listed an indirect $90 million exposure to OpenAI equity through special purpose vehicles, an $18 million funded investment in Beast Industries, a $1 million investment in Mythical Games, 283,452,700 WLD, 16,278 ETH, and about $142 million in cash and stablecoins.
WLD and OpenAI make up the largest disclosed positions
Eightco valued its WLD holdings at $0.55 per token, using Coinbase pricing in the release. The company said the position represents roughly 8.4% of circulating supply and described it as the largest publicly disclosed institutional WLD stake globally. Based on the treasury mix it provided, WLD accounts for 36% of treasury assets, while indirect OpenAI exposure makes up 21% and Beast Industries represents 4%.
The company framed the portfolio around three themes: artificial intelligence, digital identity, and the creator economy. Those themes map to OpenAI, Worldcoin, and Beast Industries. Eightco said its treasury holds assets tied to what management sees as core pieces of the future AI and digital financial system.
Company ties WLD position to Proof of Human infrastructure
In its description of World and WLD, Eightco pointed to the network’s Proof of Human model. World was built by Tools for Humanity, co-founded by Sam Altman and Alex Blania, and is stewarded by the World Foundation. According to the release, Orb devices issue a privacy-preserving World ID designed to verify that a user is a unique human rather than an AI agent.
Eightco cited Tools for Humanity in saying World sees a combined $6.35 trillion addressable revenue opportunity across 13 industries, including banking, e-commerce, gaming, social media, and agentic AI. It also referenced data compiled by Fundstrat showing estimated “non-human” shares across online activity: 75% of Polymarket trading volume, 53% of web traffic, 47% of emails sent, 44% of U.S. equity buy-side execution, 35% of new website creation, and 30% of online product reviews.
Release also highlighted AI IPO and funding headlines
Eightco’s statement pointed to several recent AI developments. It cited Reuters reporting that Anthropic, valued at nearly $1 trillion, confidentially filed for a U.S. IPO on June 1. It also cited The New York Times saying OpenAI was preparing to file to go public in the coming weeks, while Alphabet announced plans to raise up to $80 billion for AI-related investments and computing infrastructure.
Board member Thomas “Tom” Lee said the market is going through one of the biggest technology investment cycles in history and argued that Anthropic’s filing reflects strong investor appetite for AI companies. He added that OpenAI sits at the center of that shift and said ORBS’ exposure gives shareholders access to that opportunity. The company also included standard forward-looking statement language, noting risks tied to digital asset volatility, regulation, capital needs, and Nasdaq listing compliance.
