Enhanced Labs Inc., an on-chain structured yield protocol, has raised $1 million in a strategic pre-seed funding round led by Maximum Frequency Ventures. The round also included participation from GSR, Selini, Flowdesk, and several angel investors. According to the company, the new capital will be used for product development and to strengthen its operational infrastructure.

Expanding structured yield and options strategies

Enhanced Labs is building around the idea of improving on-chain structured yield products through more efficient auction mechanisms designed to make yields more competitive. At the same time, the protocol plans to broaden its options-based yield strategies to cover a wider set of on-chain assets, including tokenized real-world assets. This suggests a push beyond conventional crypto-native exposures toward a more diverse base of yield-generating instruments.

Making complex strategies easier to use

A key part of the company’s roadmap is simplifying sophisticated on-chain strategies into a more accessible user experience. Rather than requiring users to manage highly technical products directly, Enhanced Labs says it aims to let users define desired outcomes such as yield generation, hedging, or structured exposure. The approach reflects a broader trend in crypto product design: packaging advanced derivatives and yield tools into interfaces that are easier for users to understand and deploy.

Positioning for an active market cycle

The funding comes as activity in on-chain yield and options markets remains strong. Enhanced Labs believes the fresh capital will help it build product capabilities and operational foundations in time to capture that momentum. While the round is relatively modest in size, the mix of investors spanning venture capital, market making, and trading firms points to continued interest in structured on-chain yield as a developing segment of the crypto market.
