Ethereum spot ETFs flipped back to positive territory on February 13, recording $10.26 million in net inflows after two consecutive days of redemptions totaling $242.28 million. Grayscale’s mini ETH trust led the pack with $14.51 million, followed by VanEck’s ETHV at $3.00 million and Fidelity’s FETH at $2.04 million.
ETH price gained 5.8% over 24 hours, climbing from an intraday low of $1,926.66 to a high of $2,067.44, reclaiming the psychological $2,000 level. The recovery comes against a backdrop of steep losses: down 1.2% over seven days, 23.7% over 14 days, 37.5% over 30 days, and 24.4% over one year.
Weekly Ethereum Outflows Persist at $161M Despite Daily Rebound
The single-day inflow does little to offset weekly drains. For the week ended February 13, Ethereum ETFs posted a net outflow of $161.15 million. February 11 saw the week’s largest daily exit at $129.18 million, followed by $113.10 million on February 12. February 9 and 10 briefly interrupted the sell-off with combined inflows of $70.87 million.
Weekly outflow figures have widened sharply since late January. The week ending January 23 recorded a peak of $611.17 million in withdrawals, coincided with ETH’s drop from above $3,000 to below $2,000. Total trading volume on February 13 reached $1.10 billion, up from $880.33 million a day earlier.
Bitcoin ETFs Post Modest $15M Inflows; BlackRock’s IBIT Bucks Trend
Bitcoin spot ETFs also saw $15.20 million in net inflows on February 13. Fidelity’s FBTC led with $11.99 million, while Grayscale’s mini BTC trust added $6.99 million. VanEck’s HODL contributed $1.95 million and WisdomTree’s BTCW posted $3.64 million.
But BlackRock’s IBIT recorded $9.36 million in outflows, marking its third withdrawal in four trading days. This mixed picture comes after February 11-12 saw Bitcoin ETFs bleed a combined $686.67 million. Ethereum’s 5.8% daily gain gives bulls a foothold, but sustained ETF inflows will be needed to defend the $2,000 line.
