A non-empty address generally refers to an on-chain address that still holds a balance, and the metric is often used to observe the scale of network participation and asset distribution.
The same data shows that, despite bearish market sentiment, Ethereum still has 230% more holders than BTC. Under Santiment’s reported measurement, Ethereum’s non-empty address count and holder base remain at a higher level compared with Bitcoin.
