EthSystems to appear publicly for the first time after launch

Institutional Ethereum privacy technology company EthSystems formally announced its establishment yesterday. The company was founded by former members of the Ethereum Foundation’s institutional privacy working group.

Its initial funding support came from SNZ Holding, Bitmine, Sharplink, and Ethereum co-founder and Consensys founder Joseph Lubin. EthSystems says it is building privacy and compliance infrastructure for Ethereum aimed at regulated institutions such as banks and asset managers.

Mo Jalil to give keynote and join fireside chat

The summit will also mark the first public speech by EthSystems co-founder and CEO Mo Jalil since the company’s formal launch. Jalil previously served as the Ethereum Foundation’s institutional privacy lead and APAC enterprise partnerships lead.

He is also set to join a fireside chat with Henry Chen, partner and CBO at SNZ Holding and co-founder of BlockUnion. The discussion will focus on development trends in Ethereum’s institutional infrastructure, along with privacy, security, compliance and institutional adoption.

Baillie Gifford executives also set to attend

Baillie Gifford, which manages more than $250 billion in assets, will also be represented at the summit by Theo Golden, its global head of digital assets, as well as its Greater China head. Both are scheduled to deliver keynote speeches.
