Extended, a decentralized derivatives exchange, is moving to the Arc network, according to a post on X by Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire and a notice from the platform. The settlement migration is scheduled for 21:00 Beijing time on Oct. 22, when settlement will switch from Starknet to Arc. Extended said trading is expected to continue without disruption.
For most users, no action is required. The exchange said accounts, subaccounts, positions, orders, history, points, and keys will remain unchanged through the migration. On the asset side, USDC will become native USDC, ETH will be migrated 1:1 into wETH, and Vault (XVS) balances and withdrawal rights will be preserved.
Extended also set a separate deadline for certain subaccounts. If a subaccount holds more than $1 in USDT or wBTC, users must authorize conversion or withdraw those assets before 20:00 Beijing time on Oct. 21. If that deadline is missed, affected subaccount orders will be canceled, positions will be closed at the mark price, and assets will be returned to the connected wallet. Deposits and withdrawals will be paused for as long as two hours during the migration.
