FET, the token tied to the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, posted a sharp rally as momentum returned to the AI crypto segment. The token rose 15.5% to $0.238 and reached a local high of $0.239, while successfully defending the $0.20 level during the move. The rebound highlights renewed buyer interest as capital rotates back into AI-related digital assets.
Sector recovery lifts FET sentiment
The latest advance came alongside a broader recovery in AI tokens rather than as a standalone move. As money flowed back into the sector, FET benefited from improving sentiment and stronger short-term momentum. Technically, the token reclaimed its 9-day moving averages, a sign that bullish control has strengthened in the near term and that traders are increasingly willing to chase upside.
Exchange outflows point to lower sell pressure
On-chain data added another supportive signal. Over the past 24 hours, FET recorded a net outflow of 1.5 million tokens from exchanges. Such outflows are often interpreted as a reduction in immediate selling pressure, since fewer tokens remain readily available for sale on trading platforms. In that context, tightening exchange supply may help support the recent upward move.
Whale selling could cap further gains
Even so, the bullish setup is not without risks. Large holders were reported selling in the $0.20 to $0.22 range, suggesting that whale activity remains a bearish overhang. If that selling continues, it could slow the rally and increase the chance of a pullback despite positive sector flows.
For now, FET appears to be caught between renewed demand from the AI token rebound and ongoing distribution by major players. If buying interest remains firm, the token could move toward the $0.30 level. However, as long as whale selling persists, traders may still face downside volatility in the short term.
