Gamma Prime said it will host the 2026 Tokenized Capital Summit in Miami on May 4, bringing together participants from traditional finance and tokenized markets. The company expects the event to draw more than 3,000 attendees, including representatives from family offices, investment firms, and other institutional investors.
Speaker lineup includes major finance and crypto firms
According to the announcement, speakers will include J.P. Morgan, Grayscale, Swift, Multicoin Capital, 21Shares, Coinbase, and Robinhood, along with other industry leaders. Gamma Prime said the featured speakers collectively oversee more than $25 billion in assets, positioning the Miami event as a notable gathering on the tokenization calendar for 2026.
Gamma Prime focuses on private market access
The company describes itself as a coordination layer for the global private transactions ecosystem, with a focus on hard-to-access assets that are non-correlated with broader public markets. It operates a compliant and secure private investment platform designed to give investors access to opportunities that usually sit outside public markets and beyond the scope of traditional banking channels. The emphasis is clear: private deals, not retail trading flow.
Gamma Prime said it is building across multiple jurisdictions under regulatory requirements and is targeting hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, and other illiquid private assets. In its view, that structure can help funds reach new institutional partners, family offices, and qualified investors globally, while expanding the range of opportunities available on the platform.
Summit aims to connect institutional finance with tokenization
Gamma Prime framed the summit as a meeting point for traditional finance participants and leaders in tokenization to discuss where the market is heading. The stated purpose is not centered on a single product launch. It is about creating direct contact between two segments that have often operated separately and exploring where collaboration may emerge.
The company also said its leadership team includes technologists, finance professionals, and Stanford PhDs, combining blockchain experience with institutional governance and operational discipline. Through the May 4 summit, Gamma Prime is using the event to strengthen its profile in compliant private investment access and global deal coordination.
