According to an official announcement cited by TechFlow on June 13, Gate has completed the stock distribution for SpaceX (SPCX), the first project under its direct-to-IPO program. Users who participated in the subscription can now go to their stock accounts to check the SPCX stock assets that have been credited. Any unallocated portion, together with remaining subscription funds, has been automatically returned to users’ spot accounts.
SPCX Moves Toward the Next Stage of the U.S. IPO Process
Gate said that, after the completion of the stock distribution, SPCX will proceed to the market trading stage in line with the U.S. new-share listing process. For users, the key post-subscription steps have been completed: distributed shares are visible in stock accounts, while funds tied to unsuccessful allocation or unused subscription amounts have been sent back to spot accounts.
At the same time, Gate launched exclusive benefits for users who subscribed to SpaceX (SPCX). Participants in designated USDT Yu Bi Bao products can receive annualized returns of up to 200%, and users holding USD1 can also receive additional yield rewards. These benefits are tied to the SPCX subscription user group and are being offered alongside the completion of the share distribution.
SPCX Stock Launch Plan and Web Trading Access
Gate also opened a limited-time “SPCX Stock Launch Plan” campaign. During the event period, users who participate in stock trading can claim a first-order reward. Users who share their SPCX holdings have the chance to receive stock airdrops. Those who complete specified trading volume requirements and join the leaderboard competition can share a prize pool totaling 50,000 USDT worth of SPCX stock.
In addition, Gate Stock has launched its stock trading Web interface, expanding access across both App and Web terminals. Gate Stock supports the use of USDT to trade more than 10,000 U.S. mainstream market stocks and ETFs, covering major U.S. securities trading venues such as the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. The service also supports fractional stock trading with a minimum purchase size of 0.01 share.
Gate said the launch of direct-to-IPO services is part of its ongoing expansion of a product ecosystem covering Pre-IPO, IPO and stock trading. With the new SPCX distribution completed, the platform is presenting these functions as part of a more convenient one-stop global investment experience for users.
