Gate.io has rolled out a new service called IPO Access, opening a route for users to take part in selected global initial public offerings. The first featured deal is commercial space company SpaceX, with users able to submit subscription interest before the company’s listing and receive spot shares after allocation.

SpaceX opens the first IPO Access offering

According to the announcement, users can join the offering through the “Gate IPOs” section and subscribe with USDT. The platform uses a weighted allocation model, meaning earlier subscriptions receive higher allocation weight. If the IPO allocation is completed successfully, the shares will be distributed directly to users’ Gate stock accounts on June 12. No additional brokerage account is required for users to hold and trade the U.S. stocks on the platform.

One route from pre-listing access to secondary market trading

Gate positions the service as a single entry point covering Pre-IPO, IPO, and stock trading. The stated goal is to connect the stages around a company’s listing cycle, so users can move from subscription to secondary market trading within the same product flow instead of switching across separate account systems.

More than 10,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs already supported

Gate also said its stock trading feature, available on App v8.21.5 and above, already supports trading more than 10,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs with USDT. The coverage includes NYSE, Nasdaq, NYSE Arca, NYSE American, and BATS. Fractional trading is also available, with purchases starting from 0.01 shares.

Based on the sponsored article, the IPO Access launch extends Gate’s stock product lineup and ties digital asset balances more closely to traditional equity trading on one platform. The article did not disclose the subscription size, allocation ratio, or fee details for the SpaceX offering, and final terms remain subject to the platform’s official announcements.
