According to an official announcement cited by TechFlow on June 13, Gate has completed the stock distribution for SpaceX (SPCX), the first project under its Direct IPO program. Users can now check the SPCX stock assets that have arrived in their stock accounts. Any unallocated portion, together with remaining subscription funds, has been automatically returned to users’ spot accounts. Following the completion of the distribution process, SPCX will proceed into the market trading stage in accordance with the listing process for new U.S. stocks.
Subscriber-only benefits tied to USDT and USD1
Alongside the completion of the SPCX distribution, Gate has introduced an exclusive benefits campaign for users who subscribed to SpaceX (SPCX). Under the campaign, eligible users who participate in designated USDT Earn products can receive up to 200% annualized yield. Users holding USD1 can also receive additional yield rewards. The benefits are specifically aimed at SPCX subscription users and combine product-based yield arrangements with holding-related rewards.
SPCX Stock Launch Plan opens for a limited time
Gate has also launched the limited-time “SPCX Stock Launch Plan.” During the campaign period, users who participate in stock trading can claim a first-order reward. Users who share their SPCX holdings have a chance to receive stock airdrops. In addition, users who complete specified trading volume requirements and join the leaderboard competition can share a total prize pool of SPCX stock equivalent to 50,000 USDT.
Gate Stocks has also launched stock trading on the Web, bringing its stock trading services to both the App and Web interfaces. The platform supports the use of USDT to trade more than 10,000 U.S. mainstream market stocks and ETFs, covering major U.S. securities markets including the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. It also supports fractional share trading with a minimum purchase size of 0.01 shares.
With the rollout of Direct IPO, Gate said it is gradually improving a product ecosystem that covers Pre-IPO, IPO, and stock trading services. The company describes this setup as part of its effort to provide users with a more convenient one-stop global investment experience. After the completion of the SpaceX (SPCX) stock distribution, the related product functions and campaign activities are moving forward at the same time.
