AI-made electronic pop track "GG EZ" has become one of the biggest K-pop dance challenges of 2026, even as the song remains ineligible for copyright registration in South Korea under current Korea Music Copyright Association rules.
The song was released as a single on May 27, 2026, by Japanese creator M.Sasuke. In June, BTS member Jungkook posted a dance video on Instagram using the track. According to the source material, the song has now accumulated more than 91.6 million views across his two social accounts.
Jungkook post pushed the track into the mainstream
The source says Jungkook’s dance clip passed 1 million likes and 4.7 million views in less than 30 minutes. The choreography was simple, built around a light electronic beat, and quickly spread through the idol challenge circuit.
"GG EZ" takes its name from the gaming phrase "Good Game, Easy." M.Sasuke states on his YouTube channel profile that he makes music with AI. He wrote the lyrics, arrangement and prompts, while the vocals and instrumental arrangement were generated by AI. He has not disclosed which model or generator he used. The source also describes him as a Japanese creator whose real name has not been made public, with an animated Instagram profile image and a covered face in video appearances.
Streams, chart placements and social use all climbed
On June 26, the same day Jungkook posted the dance video, Korean outlet 이투데이 reported that "GG EZ" had reached 820,000 cumulative Spotify streams. The source says that figure later rose to 7.91 million.
During the July 6-12 chart week, the song entered Billboard JAPAN’s Heatseekers Songs chart at No. 1. On short-form platforms, the audio was used 64,000 times on Instagram Reels and 74,600 times on TikTok.
M.Sasuke’s Spotify monthly listeners also moved higher. Forbes recorded the figure at 741,000 in mid-July. By late July, third-party tracking site kworb showed the number approaching 820,000.

KOMCA’s AI rule predates the song’s breakout
