GLC Research said in a post on X that Hyperliquid’s "priority fee" mechanism has generated more than $5 million in cumulative revenue so far. Based on 14-day and 30-day average levels, the firm said the revenue currently supports an annualized buyback size of more than $30 million, accounting for about 7% of HYPE’s total revenue. GLC Research added that the mechanism is still at an early stage, and projected that the annualized revenue run rate could rise to between $50 million and $100 million by the end of the year if growth continues.
