Grayscale’s Zcash ETF, trading under the ticker ZCSH, has completed its previously announced 3-for-1 share split, according to GlobeNewswire. The split took effect before the U.S. stock market opened, and the fund began trading on a post-split basis the same day. Grayscale said shareholders of record at the close on Sept. 28 received two additional shares for each pre-split share they held, turning every one share into three after the split. The firm said the action does not change the total value of a shareholder’s investment, while net asset value per share is adjusted to about one-third of the pre-split level. Following the split, ZCSH continues to trade on NYSE Arca, with both its ticker symbol and CUSIP number unchanged.

Grayscale’s Zcash ETF (ZCSH) has completed its previously announced 3-for-1 share split, according to GlobeNewswire. The split took effect before the U.S. stock market opened, and the fund began trading on a post-split basis the same day.

Grayscale said shareholders of record at the close on Sept. 28 received two additional shares for each pre-split ZCSH share they held, meaning each pre-split share was converted into three post-split shares. The company said the split does not change the total value of shareholders’ investment, while net asset value (NAV) per share was adjusted to about one-third of its pre-split level.

After the split, ZCSH continues to trade on NYSE Arca. Its ticker symbol and CUSIP number remain unchanged.
