SpaceXAI has launched Team Bots for Grok Bot, shifting the product from a mostly personal AI agent toward a shared assistant built for entire teams.
Teams can configure files, workflows, plugins, and API credentials for a Team Bot, then share that setup across all members. The feature is now in public beta for Teams and Enterprise plans.
Shared business knowledge with separate private chats
A single Team Bot can hold a team’s common business knowledge, while each member’s private conversation with the bot remains isolated from others. Team members can ask it to handle tasks one by one, or bring it into a Slack channel so several people can ask questions, add context, and review results together.
Connections to Salesforce, Notion, GitHub, and other tools
Team Bots can connect with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, and GitHub, and can retain knowledge learned during work.
According to BlockBeats, SpaceXAI has already deployed the system internally across sales, engineering, marketing, and data analysis. In the engineering workflow, a Team Bot reads project progress from Slack, Notion, and Linear, creates tickets automatically, and then calls Cursor Cloud Agents to fix issues.
A five-person team coordinating hundreds of Cloud Agents
SpaceXAI said that while developing Team Bots, a five-person team used the system to coordinate hundreds of Cloud Agents and submit more than 100 PRs a day.
Before this launch, Grok Bot was described more like a long-running personal agent that could operate a cloud computer on its own and keep working over time. Team Bots add the missing shared layer for organizations: instead of each person training AI separately, the same workflows, tools, and business knowledge can stay inside one bot for long-term team use.
