Pseudonymous GTA VI leaker Cyberleek has resurfaced online and is again tying fresh game leaks to promotion of the crypto token $CYBERLEEK, according to Protos. This week, Cyberleek shared what they claimed was 25 minutes of new footage featuring previously unseen open-world gameplay and mission cutscenes. The material reportedly showed protagonist Jason naked, Lucia wearing only bikini bottoms, and what appeared to be a first-person mode. The token’s market cap recorded two small jumps over the past two days, for a combined gain of about 200%. Even so, Protos said $CYBERLEEK remains down 94% from the nearly $40 million peak it reached in late August, when the first batch of GTA VI leaks surfaced. Cyberleek had used those earlier spoilers, published on August 18, to promote the token while also claiming to be protesting the decision to drop physical discs in the name of consumer rights. The earlier leaks triggered a response from Rockstar Games ahead of its 20-minute Netflix-partnered streaming event, with the studio saying it was “heartbroken” and that spoilers could affect the intended player experience. Parent company Take-Two Interactive also sought subpoenas targeting Discord, Microsoft, and X. GTA VI is scheduled for release on November 19 and has reportedly generated almost $430 million in pre-orders.

Pseudonymous GTA VI leaker Cyberleek has returned online and is once again using leaked game material to promote the crypto token $CYBERLEEK, according to Protos.

After a period of inactivity, Cyberleek reappeared this week and on Wednesday shared what they said was 25 minutes of GTA VI footage. The material was described as including more previously unseen open-world gameplay and mission cutscenes.

Fresh footage claims include explicit character scenes and a first-person view

Protos said the footage showed GTA VI protagonist Jason running around naked, while his in-game partner Lucia appeared wearing only bikini bottoms. A first-person mode was also reportedly shown in the leak.

Cyberleek first published GTA VI leaks on August 18 and used them to advertise $CYBERLEEK. At the time, they also said they were standing up for consumer rights by protesting the decision to drop physical discs.

The token jumped over two days, but remains far below its late-August peak

The token’s market cap made two small upward moves over the last two days, amounting to a combined rise of 200%, the report said. Even with that move, the token is still well below the level it reached when the original leaks began circulating.

According to Protos, citing TradingView, $CYBERLEEK’s market cap is down 94% from the nearly $40 million high it reached in late August. The latest round of GTA VI spoilers is therefore not lifting the token in the way earlier leaks did.

Earlier leaks drew public reaction from Rockstar and legal action from Take-Two

The initial leak cycle pushed Rockstar Games to issue a statement ahead of its 20-minute Netflix-partnered streaming event. The studio said it was “heartbroken” by the leaks and called it “unfortunate that the intended game experience may now be impacted by some spoilers.”

Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar’s parent company, also filed several subpoenas against platforms including Discord, Microsoft, and X in an effort to identify the leaker.

GTA VI is set for November 19 release as players try to avoid spoilers

GTA VI is scheduled to launch on November 19. Protos said the game has already generated almost $430 million in pre-orders.

Cyberleek’s renewed activity is making some players more anxious about key story points being spoiled before release. The report said users have suggested muting certain keywords on social media to avoid seeing the leaks.
