H100, Sweden's first publicly listed bitcoin treasury company, obtained shareholder approval for all resolutions at its annual general meeting. According to the official announcement, the approved resolutions include the authorization to issue consideration shares in connection with the acquisition of Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS.
Upon completion of the transaction, H100's bitcoin holdings will increase significantly from the current 1,051 BTC to approximately 3,500 BTC. The addition of roughly 2,449 bitcoins will more than triple the company's bitcoin treasury, substantially bolstering its asset base as a listed bitcoin reserve company. Consideration shares are typically issued as payment for an acquisition, allowing H100 to expand its bitcoin holdings without depleting cash reserves.
As the first listed company in Sweden—and the broader Nordic region—to adopt a bitcoin treasury strategy, this acquisition represents a key move by H100 to enlarge its bitcoin position through equity financing. The unanimous approval of all resolutions by shareholders signals support for the company's strategic direction and reinforces H100's pioneering role in the Nordic digital asset landscape.
