HappyRobot Raises $150M Series C at $1.2B Valuation, Joins Unicorn Club

HappyRobot, a company building AI agents for enterprise use, said it has raised $150 million in a Series C funding round. Prysm Capital and Eurazeo co-led the round, with existing backers a16z, Base10 and Y Combinator following on. Strategic investors include Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange and T.Capital, the venture arm of Deutsche Telekom.

HappyRobot focuses on AI agents that handle complex, multi-step business coordination tasks, cutting the cost of manual coordination. With the new funding, the company's total raised stands at roughly $200 million. The round values HappyRobot at $1.2 billion, putting it in the unicorn club.
