HashKey Cloud said it has partnered with Tokyo-listed Quantum Solutions to launch what it described as Japan’s first DAT staking business. Through HashKey CaaS, a newly introduced one-stop service platform under HashKey Group, the company will provide Ethereum staking and restaking services for Quantum Solutions. According to Techub, the deal also marks the first time a listed company in Japan has joined Ethereum staking through a professional institution while using DAT to enhance the value of its digital assets. HashKey Cloud said the partnership will draw on its institutional staking infrastructure and risk management capabilities to help improve asset efficiency and explore use cases tied to restaking and DeFi yield aggregation. The report added that Japan has seen notable on-chain value growth over the past year, while its regulatory environment has continued to improve.

HashKey Cloud said on Friday that it has partnered with Japanese listed company Quantum Solutions to launch what it called the first DAT staking business in Japan.

Under the arrangement, HashKey Cloud will provide professional and secure Ethereum staking and restaking services to Quantum Solutions through HashKey CaaS, a newly launched one-stop service platform under HashKey Group.

Partnership centers on Ethereum staking and restaking

According to the announcement cited by Techub, the collaboration will rely on HashKey Cloud’s strengths in institutional-grade staking infrastructure and risk management. The two sides aim to improve asset efficiency for Quantum Solutions while also exploring new use cases including restaking and DeFi yield aggregation.

Techub said the move also makes Quantum Solutions the first listed company in Japan to participate in Ethereum staking through a professional institution and use DAT to increase the value of digital assets.

Japan framed as a maturing regulated market

The report described Japan as one of Asia’s more mature and high-potential crypto markets. It said on-chain value in the country has grown significantly over the past year, while the regulatory environment has continued to develop.

In that context, the partnership was presented as a replicable example for listed companies seeking compliant crypto asset management and as a step toward broader blockchain adoption in capital markets.
