Inclusion AI, also known as Ant Bailing, has introduced Ling-3.0-flash-Fin, a finance-focused model built to handle practical tasks such as reading annual reports, conducting investment research, running valuation work, and operating Excel-based financial models. The model is based on Ling-3.0-flash and keeps the same 124 billion total parameters and roughly 5.1 billion activated parameters, while adding finance data training and tool-calling optimizations.
According to the company, the model can search for information on its own, review filings, and work directly with spreadsheet-driven finance workflows. In one demo, it processed a Google Q2 2026 financial file containing seven worksheets and more than 5,000 formulas, updating actual figures, adjusting formulas, and refreshing cross-sheet references and charts. In another task, it called tools 23 times in sequence to locate Google’s historical disclosures on monthly token usage and check sources, dates, and statistical definitions.
Inclusion AI said model weights will be open-sourced next week. It also said the model has been tested across nine finance-related benchmarks against GPT-5.6-Sol, Claude Opus 5, Gemini 3.7 Flash, and Kimi K3. While it did not lead every benchmark, the company said it outperformed some flagship models on selected tasks including parts of Finance Agent. The model is currently available for free on OpenRouter and Vercel AI Gateway.
Inclusion AI, also known as Ant Bailing, has released Ling-3.0-flash-Fin, a finance-focused model designed for practical work in the sector. It is built on Ling-3.0-flash and keeps the same 124 billion total parameters and about 5.1 billion activated parameters, with added finance data training and tool-calling optimization.
The company said the model can look up information on its own, read annual reports, carry out investment research and valuation work, and directly handle Excel financial models. Model weights are scheduled to be open-sourced next week.
In an official demo, the model worked directly on a Google Q2 2026 financial statement file. The file contained seven worksheets and more than 5,000 formulas. The model was shown updating actual data, adjusting formulas, and refreshing cross-sheet references and charts.
In another task, it made 23 consecutive tool calls to find Google’s past disclosures on monthly token usage, then checked the source, date, and statistical basis for those disclosures.
Inclusion AI also placed the model in nine finance-related evaluations and compared it with GPT-5.6-Sol, Claude Opus 5, Gemini 3.7 Flash, and Kimi K3. The company said the model did not rank first in every category, but on some tasks, including parts of Finance Agent, it outperformed some flagship models.
On general capability, the company said its AA Intelligence Index score rose to 41 from 38 for the base version. The model is now available for free through OpenRouter and Vercel AI Gateway.
