Speaking to Al Arabiya, he said he had discussed the question of revisiting relations between Baghdad and Tehran with Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
“Given the current situation, I think the United States wants to reach an agreement to end the war with Iran,” he said. “I have to say that we are the country most deeply affected by the war, and the government is doing everything it can not to get involved.”
