The planned collaboration will combine Jasmy’s Personal Data Locker, or PDL, GPU Pool, and other data-management and computing infrastructure with AppBank’s business assets, including its AI-focused media platform AI BANK. The two sides said they will explore AI services for both individual users and corporate clients. Under the division of work outlined in the memorandum, AppBank will handle product planning, UI/UX, media communications, enterprise sales, and customer support, while Jasmy and its group will provide a user-authorized data management platform, AI operating environment, API and SDK integration, plus engineering and security support. The scope of products and launch timing have not yet been disclosed and will be announced after further discussions.
