Jiang Zhuoer, founder of mining pool B.TOP, said he sees Bitcoin’s most likely near-term path as a move higher to sweep the liquidation zone above $76,000, while Ether tests liquidation levels near $2,665. In his view, that move would flush out short positions sitting in the upper liquidation area before the market chooses its next direction.
He outlined two scenarios after Bitcoin clears $76,000. In the first, BTC finds support before falling below $75,000, then rebounds toward $80,000 and potentially the heavy resistance area around $83,000 to $84,000 before a larger pullback begins. In the second, Bitcoin breaks effectively below $75,000, triggering a correction corresponding to the prior rise from $64,000, with a target around $70,000 to $72,000 before the next stage of the bull market.
Jiang added that next week’s bill vote and Federal Reserve news could act as key catalysts. Based on that view, he said he is maintaining what he described as a neutral positioning: a full BTC short together with a full ETH spot holding.
BlockBeats reported on Sept. 13 that Jiang Zhuoer, founder of mining pool B.TOP, said the most likely setup for Bitcoin is a push higher first to sweep the upper liquidation zone above $76,000. He said Ether would likely move in step and test liquidation levels near $2,665, clearing out short positions concentrated in the upper liquidation area.
Jiang said two paths could follow once Bitcoin clears $76,000.
- Scenario A: if Bitcoin stabilizes and rebounds before dropping below $75,000, it would be more likely to rise back to $80,000 and could even reach the heavy resistance zone at $83,000 to $84,000 before a larger correction starts.
- Scenario B: if Bitcoin breaks effectively below $75,000, that would open a correction corresponding to the earlier move up from $64,000. He expects that pullback to reach $70,000 to $72,000, followed by the next stage of the bull market.
He added that next week’s bill vote and Federal Reserve news may be the key catalysts. Based on that view, Jiang said he is keeping a neutral position composed of a full BTC short and a full ETH spot holding.
