Justin Sun Redeems 5,000 ETH From Lido; 3,500 Moved to Poloniex

On-chain analyst Ai Yi reported that Justin Sun redeemed 5,000 ETH from Lido. Of that amount, 3,500 ETH was transferred to Poloniex and then entered a hot wallet address, while the remaining 1,500 ETH was deposited into Morpho. The specific purpose of these moves has not been disclosed. According to the monitoring data, Sun still holds more than 243,000 ETH on-chain, worth over $600 million. That puts him fourth among ETH-holding entities, with holdings exceeding those of the Ethereum Foundation. ChainCatcher relayed the on-chain data and noted that the exact use of the tokens remains unknown. Neither an explanation from Sun nor from the related platforms has been released. The redemption was split across two destinations, and the on-chain movements were tracked by Ai Yi's monitoring system. At the time of writing, the intended use of the 3,500 ETH that reached the hot wallet, as well as the purpose of the Morpho deposit, has not been disclosed by any of the parties involved.
