Kimpga, a South Korean cryptocurrency market platform, said it has entered a data partnership with global Web3 project data platform RootData and has started showing project information for individual tokens directly within its service.
RD Score added to token listings
Under the integration, Kimpga has added an “RD Score” to tokens in its market list panel. Clicking the score opens a pop-up window with detailed project data, giving users a direct view into several key metrics.
Those metrics include the RD Popularity Index, which quantifies market attention toward a project, and the RD Growth Index, which reflects a project’s development and growth trend. The panel also includes basic fundamental data such as major investment institutions, core team composition and category tags for the project’s focus area.
RootData detail pages linked from each data field
Kimpga used Solana (SOL) as an example. In the same interface, users can check its RD Popularity Index and RD Growth Index, while also seeing major investors such as Polychain Capital, a16z (Andreessen Horowitz) and Multicoin Capital, as well as co-founder information. Each data field links through to the project’s detail page on RootData for deeper research.
Kimpga says the feature cuts platform switching
Jin Jae-yong, a representative of Kimpga, said: “Relying only on real-time prices and premiums makes it difficult for investors to understand the development team and investor lineup behind a project. By integrating RootData, users can quickly confirm a project’s fundamental strength without switching away from the market interface.”
RootData is a global platform that provides Web3 project financing history, team structure and investment portfolio information in database form. Kimpga said the service is already widely used by investors and researchers around the world for project due diligence and investment analysis.
APYWA partnership came earlier
Before the RootData integration, Kimpga had already partnered with token evaluation and rating platform APYWA to introduce token rating data. The company said the latest integration adds a fundamentals layer on top of its existing market and rating data, giving users stronger support for investment decisions.
Kimpga said it now has 10 million cumulative users and provides real-time market and premium data from more than 18 major exchanges in South Korea and overseas. The company described itself as one of South Korea’s mainstream cryptocurrency market platforms.
