Enterprise AI startup Lyzr says its in-house agent, SivaClaw, took the lead in a $100 million Series B fundraising process tied to a valuation of about $500 million. That figure would be double the company’s $250 million valuation from March, though Lyzr has described the current round as still in progress rather than closed.
Based in Jersey City, New Jersey, Lyzr builds autonomous AI agents for large enterprises. In this round, SivaClaw, named after founder Siva Surendira, handled much of the investor-facing work. Reports say the agent answered questions from more than 130 investors, drafted investment memos, coordinated data requests, and used interaction data to refine later pitch materials.
The agent tracked how investors moved through the pitch deck
SivaClaw was not limited to basic Q&A. During calls and presentations, it reportedly logged how investors engaged with the deck, including how long they stayed on each slide. Extra attention on valuation pages or quick skips through financial sections became usable signals for the team. In effect, while investors were conducting diligence on the company, the company’s AI system was also studying investor behavior.
Lyzr says the round attracted about $400 million in indications of interest from Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and financial institutions. Surendira did not travel to Silicon Valley for in-person meetings during the process. For a company selling AI automation, using its own product in fundraising turned the round itself into a live demonstration.
Lyzr had already used AI in an earlier fundraising round
Lyzr was founded in 2023. In March this year, it raised $14.5 million in a round led by Accenture at a $250 million valuation. The source material also notes that its Series A in the second half of 2025 brought in $8 million. In that earlier round, Lyzr used another agent called Agent Sam for investor questions and initial outreach before humans stepped in, showing that this approach was part of an existing playbook.
There is still a gap between headline claims and final status. Some reports described the Series B as completed through an AI agent, while others said the fundraising was still underway. Lyzr’s own wording was that the round is ongoing. The roughly $400 million in indications of interest also should not be treated as cash already received.
