According to on-chain analytics platform Lookonchain, the once-notorious 'Liquidation King' Machi Big Brother (Machi Big Brother) has staged a remarkable comeback on the decentralized perpetual exchange Hyperliquid. As of April 10, he has gone 10 consecutive days without being liquidated and achieved 13 straight winning trades, netting approximately $1.14 million in profit over the past week.
High Leverage, Heavy ETH Position
Despite the prolonged string of liquidations, Machi maintains his aggressive trading style. His account balance has recovered to around $1.9 million, but he continues to use extremely high leverage. Data shows he holds multiple long positions in Ethereum (ETH), with a position size once reaching 8,600 ETH (notional value ~$8.3 million, using 25x leverage).
From $75M Loss to $1.14M Win
The recent profit follows a brutal six-month wipeout. In September 2025, Machi rode 25-40x leverage on ETH longs, with unrealized gains peaking at $44.84 million and total assets near $60 million. But on October 11, 2025, a sharp market drop triggered massive liquidations, erasing all profits and costing him $10 million in principal. Between October 2025 and March 2026, he fell into a Martingale-style cycle of doubling down, suffering over 335 liquidations and realized losses of $74 million to $75 million — nearly wiping out his entire account multiple times.
Now the Liquidation King is back. Whether the 13-win streak holds remains the talk of the crypto world.
