The position has been reduced to $8.5 million, with the remaining entry price at $2,545.84 and the liquidation price at $2,392.90. With ETH last quoted around $2,428.51, the gap to liquidation was only about $36. TradingBeats’ data also showed that the account’s net asset value had fallen to $288,000, all of which was being used as margin for the ETH long. The figures highlight how quickly leverage risk can intensify when ETH breaks key price levels and leaves large directional positions with little room before liquidation.
