On the evening of June 5, on-chain data platform Hyperinsight reported that the well-known trader 'Maji' experienced another partial liquidation on his Ethereum long position. Even after actively reducing his position size to widen the gap between the liquidation price and the market price, the two levels remained dangerously close, triggering a partial liquidation just half an hour ago.

Approximately one hour before the liquidation, Maji transferred an additional $12,500 into the decentralized derivatives exchange Hyperliquid to top up the margin. However, the capital injection was not enough to fend off the liquidation. The account's collateral value now sits at only $15,287.62, while the position size remains 352 ETH, leaving the account in a precarious state with high leverage exposure.
