Mantle said it has joined the Global Dollar Network, or GDN, as a Network Partner, while Paxos-issued stablecoin USDG is now live as one of the natively minted stablecoins on Mantle. The move places Mantle inside GDN’s reward-sharing framework, alongside more than 150 partners in the network, including Robinhood and Kraken.
According to Mantle, USDG has already surpassed $3.5 billion in circulation. The stablecoin is regulated under the Monetary Authority of Singapore, or MAS, and the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets framework, known as MiCA. Mantle said USDG will add to its existing lineup of institutional-grade assets, which includes AUSD from Agora, USDe from Ethena, USDY from Ondo, and USDT0 from Tether.
Mantle also shared updated figures for assets on its network. Its stablecoin total value locked has exceeded $982 million, while RWA TVL grew from about $22 million to about $240 million over the past year. The number of tokenized assets on-chain has expanded to more than 700, spanning stocks, ETFs, commodities, government bonds, and asset-backed credit.
