MEXC Ventures, the official main sponsor of Alpha Arena S03, said the Alpha Arena Bali final has concluded following the event held on Aug. 21 during Coinfest Asia 2026. Japan’s Arumando won the championship, while Murasaki Trades from the Philippines and South Korea’s Coin6097 finished second and third. After the final, MEXC CEO Vugar presented awards to the three winners. The competition brought together 20 traders in a live demo trading environment, where they competed for a $100,000 prize pool. The Bali event closed out Alpha Arena’s first Asia-Pacific edition after participants advanced through online regional qualifiers before meeting for the in-person final. According to the event details, the format combined group-stage rounds with a final elimination stage, while timed challenges, heart-rate monitoring and randomly drawn mystery cards added uncertainty throughout the contest. Rankings shifted repeatedly, and the winner was not settled until the last moments of the final. More than 200 people attended at Venue 1, and combined online and on-site viewership topped 10,000. After the awards ceremony, nearly 300 industry participants gathered at the Coinfest Sunset Deck for a championship celebration. Vugar said standing out among traders from 12 countries was "no easy task," and described MEXC Ventures’ support for Alpha Arena as part of its effort to identify talent, explore new ideas and create more growth opportunities for participants.

20 traders competed for a $100,000 prize pool

The final brought together 20 traders in a live demo trading environment, where they competed for total prize money of $100,000. It also marked the close of Alpha Arena’s first Asia-Pacific competition. Participants advanced through online regional qualifiers before meeting in Bali for the in-person showdown.

Format combined group play and elimination rounds

The Bali final used a format that combined group-stage competition with a final knockout stage, all conducted in a live demo trading environment. Timed challenges, heart-rate monitoring and randomly drawn mystery cards added uncertainty to the contest, while the live leaderboard kept shifting and forced participants to adjust their trading strategies as conditions changed.

The result remained undecided until the end. Rankings changed several times during the final, and the sharpest reversal came in the last 30 seconds, when a trader who had led for most of the competition was overtaken, leaving the championship unresolved until the final moment.

Combined audience topped 10,000

More than 200 spectators attended Venue 1. On-site commentary and the live leaderboard gave the audience a clearer view of each stage of the demo contest. Combined livestream and in-person attendance drew more than 10,000 viewers in total.

After the awards ceremony, nearly 300 industry participants gathered at the Coinfest Sunset Deck for a championship celebration party. Finalists and community members marked the end of the Bali final and held post-event exchanges on site.

Vugar congratulated finalists from 12 countries

At the close of the event, Vugar congratulated all finalists. He said, "Standing out among many outstanding traders from 12 countries was no easy task."

Vugar also said MEXC Ventures’ support for Alpha Arena is one of its important steps to identify talented traders, explore innovative ideas and create more opportunities for participants to grow.

Alpha Arena entered the Asia-Pacific market for the first time

As the main sponsor of the Bali final, MEXC Ventures said it hopes to raise the profile of trading talent across the Asia-Pacific region and encourage broader community participation. The report said that following earlier events in Amsterdam and Berlin, the Bali final marked Alpha Arena’s first entry into the Asia-Pacific market and offered regional traders a new stage to demonstrate their trading skills before a live audience.
