N3XT has entered a strategic partnership with YouHodler to enable 24/7 programmable U.S. dollar payments built on stablecoins for enterprise users. Under the deal, N3XT’s blockchain-based payment infrastructure will be integrated into YouHodler’s crypto-collateral management environment, allowing continuous settlement and automated transactions outside standard banking hours.
Connecting digital asset activity with always-on dollar settlement
Through the integration, YouHodler enterprise clients that maintain N3XT accounts will be able to initiate and manage programmable payments using stablecoin-based U.S. dollars at any time. The companies said the setup links digital asset activity to regulated dollar infrastructure designed to run continuously. The problem they are targeting is familiar: fiat settlement still depends heavily on banking hours and clearing cycles, while crypto markets trade without interruption.
Jeffrey Wallis, chief executive officer of N3XT, said traditional banking infrastructure was not built for the always-on nature of cryptocurrency markets or for the direction of instant payments. He said the partnership with YouHodler shows how blockchain-powered banking can deliver real-time and programmable payment capabilities needed by digital asset platforms and their users in global markets that do not close.
Europe and Argentina are key regions in the rollout
YouHodler said the partnership fits into its broader institutional expansion strategy, with a focus on strengthening settlement infrastructure in Europe and Argentina. In those markets, cross-border U.S. dollar flows remain important, making continuous and institution-grade settlement capacity a practical requirement rather than a feature reserved for niche use cases.
Ilya Volkov, chief executive officer and co-founder of YouHodler, described the agreement as an important milestone in the company’s institutional growth strategy. He said the two firms are building the next generation of stablecoin settlement infrastructure by combining N3XT’s programmable banking capabilities with YouHodler’s internationally compliant Web3 fintech ecosystem across Europe, Argentina, and other markets.
Programmable logic targets collateral and treasury operations
N3XT’s platform supports programmable payment logic, which means transactions can be executed automatically when predefined triggers or market conditions are met. For crypto-focused enterprises, that can be applied to collateral management, liquidity transfers, and account maintenance outside normal business hours. It is a narrow operational detail, but an important one.
The companies said the integration is intended to cut delays tied to traditional settlement cycles while supporting automated treasury workflows across global markets. As digital asset trading continues across time zones, demand has been rising for payment infrastructure that can match that pace. Stablecoin settlement mechanisms are being used more often to bridge blockchain networks with fiat-denominated liquidity, and this partnership reflects that broader push to connect regulated financial rails with blockchain-native systems.
